We are looking for a competent and experienced Managing Director to provide excellent strategic leadership and assume responsibility for the successful leadership and management of our business. Duties and Responsibilities: Lead breakthrough management with professional due care and take the company to its goals by insuring its set values. Employ, Assign, fire, give duties and responsibilities and control Directors and Department Managers with Board of directors. Sign Contracts with external bodies on behalf of Breakthrough. Prepare monthly quarterly and yearly organizational plan & budget and execute after getting approval from BOD. Report to the BOD bi-monthly. Is the ultimate authority for technical and managerial activities of Breakthrough except those limited by the Board of Directors. Execute all tasks as per the board 8 Directives. MOA AOA SOP HR Manual Admin & Finance Manual Board Minutes Marketing Plan terms and conditions. Ethiopian Share Company Law. Lead the HQ, Local & International Branches. Execute the company’s vision, mission & values on every level with professional due care. Make sure that all partners (IBO’s i.e., independent business owners are treated like bosses) Lead the management team with unity and teamwork spirit. Or apply Human leadership. Keep the company’s confidential information with the utmost professional quality. Make sure that every legal sensitive decision is made with the consent of the legal department. Educational Requirements: Qualification: Minimum BA Degree in Management and Business Areas Experience: Share Company Managing Director position. For BA least four Years. For MA at least 2 years. For Ph.D. At least 1 year experience.
