From Product Innovation and Partnership to Technology and Vision, DSA Recognizes Direct Selling Leaders for Advancing Entrepreneurship, Innovation, and Community


(Washington, D.C.) – The U.S. Direct Selling Association (DSA), the national trade association for companies that offer entrepreneurial opportunities to people who choose to sell products and services directly to customers, announced the industry’s 2023 DSA Awards winners at DSA ENGAGE: Fresh Perspectives in Scottsdale, Arizona.

“Direct selling companies uplift the spirit of entrepreneurship through their work. We are honored to witness the remarkable achievements and unwavering dedication of our member companies,” said Joseph N. Mariano, president and chief executive officer of the U.S. Direct Selling Association (DSA). “Together, we applaud our 2023 winners and recognize them for all they have done for their independent contractors and their businesses this past year.”

“Innovation in technology, impacts in research and development, and continued customer growth demonstrate to the world that our members are not only making an impact on retail business, but also continuing to drive innovation across product categories and throughout our communities,” said Mariano.

For more than a century, the U.S. Direct Selling Association (DSA) has served as the national trade association for companies that offer entrepreneurial opportunities to independent sellers to market and sell products and services, typically outside of a fixed retail establishment. In 2022, direct selling took place across the United States, generating $40.5 billion in retail sales and 6.7 million entrepreneurs in the U.S. sold products or services through the direct selling channel, providing a personalized buying experience for 41 million customers.
